CRS is proud to announce that EFE SHIPPING & TRADING HELLAS has added two vessels to its fleet and has chosen CRS for the classification of both. This continues a collaboration that began in 2018 when the vessel BOSPHORUS KING joined the CRS fleet.
The Turkish branch of EFE GEMI ISLETMECILIGI SANAYI was CRS's first client in Turkey, which was the initial impetus for opening the CRS Istanbul office. The office has been successfully operating for two and a half years, to the satisfaction of both Turkish clients and CRS HO in Split. This is confirmed by the constant growth in clients and the number of vessels in the CRS fleet, as well as the recent hiring of a second surveyor.
The vessels EFE BOSPHORUS and EFE MERSIN belong to the newer generation of Ultramax Bulk Carriers, whose design focuses on efficiency, meaning lower fuel consumption and better operational performance.
