Through the combined effort and knowledge of the shipyard, the owner's inspectors, and CRS, the construction of luxury ocean yacht in Halong Shipyard, Halong City, Vietnam, is progressing.

On the same day, November 10, 2025, the launching of Newbuilding EW03 and the keel laying for Newbuilding EW04 were carried out. EW03 and EW04 are sister ships.

The delivery for luxury ocean yachts EMERALD KAIA is planned for March 1, 2026, and for EMERALD RAIYA for November 15, 2026.
